Ok, here we go. Blogpost time. This is a very special post, because it'll most likely be my last official post here on Blogspot. Oh noes, is Disgraph going away? No, not at all! We're just moving to a fancy new website. Now, I've enjoyed my home here on Blogspot, but frankly, I always felt that it didn't carry an air of professionalism to it. It looked very...back alley operation. So after some poking around and checking out fellow webcomics, I came across Wordpress and Comicpress. Exactly what I needed. So after banging my head against a wall getting it installed (so many little things went wrong and my technical masculinity was emasculated) it's up and ready to go.

But here we go, my new home. Take off your damn shoes before you enter!

The New Adventures of Disgraph T. Dwarf

So that's that. All major updates and blog postings will take place over there from now on. Its got all the fancy features like RSS and that jazz. Still have to do some cleaning up to do and all that, but hey there you go. I'll still continue to post the comics here for a bit until I feel enough people have migrated. But blog posts and all the fun stuff will be there.

So onto the comic itself. Realize that this is one of those things that really took shape at 2 in the morning...so I'm not sure how much sense it'll make. I thought it was funny. But at 2 in the morning, anything starts getting funny.

The premise though is simple enough. For those who don't know, Blizzard is holding a Creative Writing Contest! Seeing as half my major is writing, I couldn't resist at poking some fun at fan fiction/contemporary fantasy cliches. It's what I do. Hence my helpful guide Blizzy will be spending the next couple weeks walking you through how to write a top class story. Hey, you may even get 2 comics in one week, but no promise yet.

But Disgraph, these can't take that much time to do. Why not make more than one a week? Well the answer is simple Mystery Voice. While I'm making fun of the Contest, I'm also working on my own submission. So until the April 12th due date, that has priority over a second comic. What's it about you ask? I'm not telling you!!! You're out to steal my chance to meet with top blizz developers. I'm onto you... But at the same time, I don't l like talking about my work til its done. But I will say that it has nothing to do with Disgraph. And that now that I'm into, I'm having a lot of fun wit it.

At least one more about yogg-saron and probably some things about dual talents. But hey, I actually am excited for 3.1. Especially Ulduar and the Argent Tournament. I may hold off on the Argent Tourny for a bit, til it hits live. We'll see.

Comic will come Friday. I had an idea for a script but when I wrote it out, I wasn't happy with it. I'll have it up on Friday.

And I'm getting sick of this late update thing too. I'll be taking this weekend to write and out and do a lot of preemptive work on some future comics. Hopefully with a working model viewer if all goes according to plan.... GG free university laptop rentals.

UPDATE: The art for this comic is just not working out in a way I find acceptable. To be blunt, it looks like shit and I don't feel comfortable posting it. I feel bad because the site just went up with ads this week, and I feel like to justify a sell out like that, you should be getting a comic every week. But the fact of the matter is, this comic is below the quality I'm willing to post here.

Check back next week. Gonna work this weekend to build up a stock of comics instead of doing it week by week.

Sorry for the late upload today. I wanted to wait and do something for the new holiday. And I needed it to be active to get the images I wanted. I also had a hard time coming up with a joke worthy of my discerning taste and discrimination....says the guy who made a comic about laughing at nuts...

Yeah, I could have made the love rocket joke, or something about getting valentines from other men and do the whole "lolz its funny cause he's possibly gay" angle. But I figured I'd limit that last to one panel. I feel bad for that poor little gnome, but it's probably more attention from girls (and men) then he ever got in high school. Hey guys, wanna score some chicks? Have Blizz make you the objective of an achievement! That's what videogames teach me.

Episode 33: Nuts Make Me Giggle

Ok. My apologies to anyone who is now ashamed of writing. But yes, I do snicker at nuts. Originally, this was just gonna be like the other zone overviews, but I had to do the nut quest and well...snicker...I'm sorry but it makes me laugh. If you don't laugh, you must be a commi terrorist hippe. You bastard.

But hey, I've also done some other work with the comic too. No, not with Model Viewer, but with paper and pencil!

So this is a rough sketch of the face. For the life of me I could not get the eyes to not look retarded, so I just left them out for now. One of the hardest things for me with hand drawing is I'm very hard on myself and end up throwing out alot of my work. But I've decided its about time I start showing my work as it progresses.

The general face design I'm pretty cool with, although a fair amount of work still has to go into it. This is my first real shot at a body design. I'll be honest, I'm terrible with bodies. I really am. So this was my first real shot at it. Drawing the shoulder pads first actually really helped alot, but there's still a fair amount of clean up to go. You can also see my notes on the sides. I think they fit.

And some quick attempts at inking it in photoshop. This is gonna take some practice. I feel like too much was lost. And the eyes are just for the sake of having eyes. And I still have to color this...shudder.

But there you go, a little insight as to my scheming.

Episode 32: I See Dead Dragons

And so the Notes From Northrend continue with a stop over in Dragonblight. Although I don't enjoy these as much as I enjoy making the regular comics, I'm finding making these filler moments adds a little more fun to my leveling experience. Yes, I'm still not lvl 80...only lvl 76. Sadly I have not had as much time as I would like to play. But hey, now you get to watch my nonsense.

And there shouldn't be any diabetes related controversy in this one. Maybe some of the typical naked dwarf stuff though...

Episode 31: Tuskarr Troubles

Sometimes I look back at my writing and just wonder if I'm getting too carried away sometimes. Maybe it would be a good idea to stop writing these late at night...

So I really like the Tuskarr. In all honesty they were one my favorite additions to WoW when Wrath dropped. I know the Etherals were the cool thing back in tbc, but to be honest, I could kinda care less about them. I had no problem killing those bastards and farming them. Now I was having a good time with the Tuskarr until I came across a little section of the Dragonblight that happened to have some hostile Tuskarr. Panic struck my mind. Was I gonna have to kill these gentle roly polies? I despreately hoped that I would have to do some quest that would get them on my side and not result in a butchering of these oversized baby seals. Sigh, no luck. Because Malygos, the blue bastard, had to go and start shit, I had to commit a genocide on par with gassing a puppy.

Oh its on now you rat bastard. I'm coming to your little raid instance and I'm gonna lay the smack down on your ass for all those poor little tuskarr and hell is coming with me!

Just a quick announcement to anyone who may still follow this site (lack of updates...) that Disgraph will be returning this Wed with new comics.

If you follow the blog at all, you'll notice the reason I haven't been updating is simple. When the pre-Wrath patch dropped, it borked my model viewer something fierce. For the record, I use the Model Viewer for Mac and run an old g5 iMac, so the working Windows version isn't really an option to me at the moment. So after struggling with ways to get the WMV back, I've given up on that for now.

In the mean time I'll be posting some filler work with screen from in game (shudder). Why didn't I do that sooner? Well....I really didnt want to lower myself to that point. I at least wanted some work to go into the strip artistically, even if was just some slightly more elaborate photoshopping.

But for now, that will be a stopgap until I can get things back on track. Did someone mention hand drawn....well....we'll see....

So Model View is still borked for me. However it is also the one year anniversary of this comic, so damn it I'm putting something up. The comic is under way now and will be up this evening probably around 8:30. Cya then!

So I promised a comic. I had it all ready to go. Script was written, background screens were taken. I booted up the Model Viewer to get my characters and...crash. Tried again. And Crash. And so on and so forth. A quick trip to the internet reveals that yesterday's patch not only screwed up the servers royally, it also broke the WoW Model Viewer. God damn it! Here and I am trying to get back on track and this shit happens.

And it gets a little worse for me. I run on a Mac, so I use an already buggy version of the model viewer because it has not been supported since 2006 when the the pre-TBC patch hit. So, while I'm sure the windows version will be fixed, I am up the creek without a paddle.

Luckily I've been working on alternatives and now am just gonna have to redouble me efforts. Sorry guys, I really wanted to have a comic up today. I'm pissed that things turned out this way, we me having nothing to do with it. Stay tuned for updates on how I'm doing.

Haha, no its not right now. Sorry guys, I've been more than a little distracted with the comic as far as work and school and RL stuff. Let me put it this way...its really hard to be funny when your in a deep dark pit of depression.

Good news though, I'm out of it and back to work on the comics. Sorry, no update this week, but next week 10/15, we're back and on track. Hopefully I can even build up a buffer so this whole delay crap can stop once and for all. Its really not fair to you guys.

-Update my software. The Model Viewer I'm using right now for mac sucks and i'm the process of hunting down alternatives. Also I want a working Map Viewer so I dont have to take screens in game. Sadly working off a Mac makes these things a little harder
-Rework the website with a better layout and archive system

I'd also like to thank everyone who has put up with me and Cru and Fargo for saying such nice things about me. Aren't they sweet?

Episode 28: Disgraph Vs. The Flintlocke

OMG topical content! The world of WoW webcomics (such as it is) was shattered last week when it learned of the returnof one it's founders back to the scene. That's right, Flintlocke of Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth is back with a new set of adventures. Say hello to Flintlocke Vs. The Horde (also the inspiration for the title of today's comic...if you didnt get that little joke).

As much as I do love Flintlocke, I must admit I'm a little torn about his return. Not the comic's themselves. The new ones have been pretty good so far. No, more about having another dumb-dwarf based WoW comic in the arena. Now granted, I've always drawn comparisons between Disgraph and Flintlocke since I started working on this comic. I won't lie, they are kinda similar, a fact I pointed back in episode 19 when I refer to Disgraph as a lame Flintlocke. Err, I mean the internet refers to Disgraph as a lame Flintlocke....yeah thats...better? My own thoughts aside, many of the comments I read about WoW webcomics seem to lament the loss of Flintlocke. I have to admit that hurts a bit, because I do try to be funny and make a name, but I just brush it off as they are stupid internet types.

So onto this comic. Disgraph's thoughts in the first and second panel very much mirror my own. I like to imagine I'm in competition with some of the other names out there like Dark Legacy and Flintlocke, but I think I'm still just a blip on the radar at this point. And after saying that....

I just want to make clear that by mentioning Flintlocke and using his image in my comic, I'm not trying to piggy back on Flintlocke's success, hoping some of that popularity might rub off on me. No, the reason I mention Flintlocke is two fold. The first is that I think Flintlocke's success provides me with an excellent contrast to Disgraph's...not success. This comic played out very differently from how I first imagined, but I'm very happy with it. I think the high school popularity contest thing is a fitting metaphor for the way things are. The second reason I mention Flintlocke is because I'm happy he's back. As limited as my reader base may be at this point, I like to think I can help spread the word a bit. I'm always happy to have another good webcomic to read, especially one the caliber of Flintlocke and I'm happy Dave "Fargo" Kosak is back. Whenever I parody another comic in my own, it will always be as an act of respect. As much as I would like to be a "popular" webcomic, i would rather be a funny and honorable one.

Well, thats it for now. Stay tuned this week, cause I might throw up another Flintlocke related short comic by the weekend, just to get it all out my system.

Episode 25: The Lovable Captain Scraps

And we are back to our normal schedule of hilarity and nonsense. My writer's motivation is back and ready to roll. I actually had a few other scripts written, but I was so motivated I said screw you to those scripts and wrote a new one. I've been wanting to something with hunter pets for a while but simply havent come up with a good story six panels long. I liked the idea of Disgraph having to do real life pet care on his own pets, so I decided to just roll with that. And hilarity ensues.

Let's see, where does the inspiration come from here. Probably part my own dog, a bit from Christmas Vacation, and a bit from this clip of Aquateen Hunger Force. Warning, it is Aquateen, so the link may be offensive to some people. I find the episode hilarious, if not more than a bit disturbing. But I try not to borrow too much from other sources. Even if part of me wants to make a running gag out of Donkers and Cpt. Scraps special relationship.

Episode 23: WoW TV

Howdy folks. First things first. Sorry for the late upload. There was just no way I was gonna get this comic up on Wed. Just too much going on for me right now. Had a nice long 13 hour day on Tues when I normally sit down and do my comic work and just didn't have the time before work yesterday to finish. But hey, its up and you got a bit of filler "art" yesterday.

I was actually rather amused by the little delay announcement. You might be surprised/saddened by the amount of time I spend laughing at my own comics sometimes. But come on, rocket bears are pretty funny, in an absurd kinda way. I think one would be enough to scare Stephen Colbert anyway. . I had originally intended to use that one piece for a placeholder every time I was late in putting up a comic, but they are so easy to make, I'm just gonna make a nice reserve stash for whenever I need one. Give you folks something new and amusing each time I mess up the updates. Plus, its an excuse for me to leave it one the site.

So as for the comic, just a little parody of that show Punk'd. I'm sure people will be quick to draw comparisons between and the family guy clip, "Kicked in the Nuts". Well, I did anyway. For the record, its a parody of Punk'd, not Family Guy. I actually came up with the idea in game. Want a fun time? If you have a hunter, go down to tanaris and plant a snake trap in front of Horde flight master. When the unsuspecting hordeling lands, BOOM, Snake Trapped in the face! Its amusing to watch that brief wtf moment. Give it a try. Doesn't aggro guards either.

There were a couple issues with getting it up on Wed and as the week went on I kept running out of time. Now don't get me wrong, I like this comic, but I did take a couple short cuts...like not really using backgrounds. I didn't really have the time/feel like making a normal one. I know, I'm a bum. But I am working to rectify this. I ended up writing like three other scripts that I rejected on the basis that they would take too much time. Its hard to find time to make comics when your girlfriend comes over and steals your machine to play WoW...

Anyway, I'm gonna slink off to my corner now, but I leave you with some inspiration.

Whew. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't glad to have that story behind me. Don't get me wrong, I loved doing it, but I'm definitely happy to have it done. Now I can get on with other random jokes and nonsense. Of course, my apologies to anyone who may have been following the Orphan Week that closely for the Indy interruption. But I couldn't resist.

I could not help myself. I simply love Indiana Jones far far too much to not make this comic. I've had a vision in my head of Disgraph running away from trolls outside the gates of ZG just like in Raiders. I had a blast making this one. Luckily, I shoulf be able to top that going to see Indy 4 at midnight. I'm stoked. Hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I did.

I'll be continuing the orphan story next week, so dont worry. Even if this one is better :)

Hi to everyone visiting from WoW Insider. Due to a linking error, the strips are being displayed out of order. So I went in and posted the first comic in this series here. That way, nothing is out of order. If you didn't see the first one before, now you get two!

Thanks to fellow guildmate Revsix for the heads up. Normally, I wouldn't mind, but since there's an order to this story, want to make sure no one is confused.

One more piece of news. Disgraph T. Dwarf will now be regularly updated on Wed every week from now on, unless I tell you otherwise. Thats right, finally making the commitment to a regular update schedule. Helps that I'm off for school and have the summer to cacth up. Ok then, enough from me. Peace.

Episode 13: Orphan Saga Part 1

Howdy folks. Happy Children's Week! Have you lugged your poor disadvantaged and mentally scarred child across Azeroth yet? You get some cool pets. I got me a rat and a retarded chicken.

So did you see that little blurb at the end? Yeah, I know, To Be Continued scares me too. Actually when I saw on WoWInsider that Children's Week was coming up, I squealed like a little girl who just saw a guy who kind of looked like that kid from High School musical. I came up with this plot during last year's child week and have been dying to do it. It's gonna be at least 3-5 parts so stay tuned to see how it plays out. Plus, orphan abuse is a return to tradition for me.

I'll be swamped with work from school and all, so it'll be a challenge for me to keep up, but stay tuned. I'll do my best. And now, I will sleep as peacefully as a narcoleptic puppy would.

Episode 11: The Waiting is the Hardest Part

So Patch 2.4. Sunwell, Demons, Crazy Blood Elves with Green Things in Their Chest, and the thing 98% of the WoW population cared about...new badge of justice loots. ZOMG CASUALS!! Meh I really don't care much either way, but it amuses me to watch.

So the inspiration for this comic came last night, and aside from my comic interjections, happened pretty much this way in game. I was standing over top of the anvil waiting for the inevitable bloodbath that comes from people having to AoE fear and such. I was also ice trapping horde as they ran by me. Oddly enough, I didn't [b]always[/b] get my ass beat in by guards. I suppose it was about 50/50. Well, as I was standing there, I was struggling to come up with a comic when behold, the world server goes down. ZOMG IDEA!!! And of course I had to take it a step further with where Disgraph ended up afterwards...

Well, that's this comic down. So after watching Death Note last night, I think I'll go back to mourning my fallen hero RIP L.

Episode 9: The Brotherhood of the Hat

New comic!!! Well, I'm happy I've made it to nine, but I can't help but wonder how many comics I would have up if I had a regular update. If only my life allowed for such a thing. I actually have a couple ideas ready to go, which is a nice change of pace for once. This weekend, I'll probably sit down and work out some scripts. I find that the most difficult part, getting an idea to fit into 6 panels. The "artwork" is easy. Tad time consuming, but easy.

As for the comic...fear the Dwarf in the Hat! The "real" Disgraph, my actual WoW toon, does in fact wear a Russet Hat most of the time. Mainly in casual stuff. Of course, when raiding I throw on the DPS helm, but normally I prefer my hat. I actually wanted that hat before I even started playing WoW when I first saw this video. I wanted the hat the troll was wearing...I'd kill for that hat... In fact, all my alts also carry a Russet Hat with them as well, if they're lvl 32. Looking for your own? I buy mine from a nice little vendor out in Darnassus. I know there are other vendors with them out there, but that's the first one I found and it's become a bit of a pilgrimage for me to make the trek out there.

So Episode 9 will not be up by Sunday. Sorry guys. I've got some more pressing issues to take of in RL. I'll be returning home this weekend to take care of some family issues. Fun stuff :(

Anyways, Episode 9 should be up by midweek. I'll probably flesh out the script while traveling and put the screens together later. I'll do my best to stay true to that deadline. Until then, enjoy the other WoW comics out there while I get stuff sorted out.

I'm going to try and aim for one comic/week, but sadly I am a college student, and have more pressing commitments. But bear with me. I promise they'll be more comics to come.

Episode 7: Dr. Disgraph

Little over a year ago, I was the victim of a vicious and unrepentant hacking. It changed me. The sun wouldn't shine in Azeroth anymore and I began to ponder digital suicide by running naked through the streets of Ogrimar. Yeah, that sounds like me... Now I was hacked, but to be honest, it wasn't that big of a deal. Iirc, they really just cleaned out my bank and all my bags. At the time, most of my gear was PvP gear so they didnt get that. And for some reason they didn't get my gold. That's the weird part to me. And apparently they didn't want anything to do with my trademark Russet Hat. Hey, their loss right?

Well, when al that happened I thought it would be fun to make a PSA like spoof of the whole thing. Finally got around to it a year later. >.> Yeah, timing isn't a strong point of mine. For any of you wondering, yes I was making references to keyloggers being like STD's. I also used "God" four times in this comic. Unintentional, but fun little trivia for those of you wondering.

Oh and it's a proven fact that if you wear a white dress and call yourself a doctor, you're just as good as the real thing. Go ahead, go down to the hospital in a white dress, walk into a room and go to work. Works for me anyway.

I've got to check out a fight between the Hiphopopotamus and the Rhymenoceros. Cause I'm hard core like that :)

Episode 6: The Godgnome

Ah yes, amidst the hell my professors like to refer to as "Final Week", which apparently encompasses not just the week of finals but the last week of classes leading up to it as well, I have produced a new comic. Yeah, last week was a sleep deprived 3D modeling hell for me. Luckily, doing this comic cheers me up and is my way of blowing off some steam. But enough of my angsty rambling.

This is a concept my brother, Donkers (in real life), came up with a while back when we thought, "Wouldn't it be awesome to have a gnome be the biggest crime boss in Azeroth?" Then we thought, "What if that gnome was Donkers?" And then we thought, "But yeah, Donkers shouldn't get his hands dirty with the grunt work. He needs some hired hands...but what creature is a fitting thug for a crime lord of Azeroth?" The real Donkers then came up with our solution, the majestic Boomkin. Since I started this comic, I've been nagged to use the Boomkin plot, so here it is.

Part of my inspiration for this plot line/character development also comes from Penny Arcade. They had a shirt at one time, spoofing "The Godfather" with the "The Goldfarmer". So you can see how my mind works. Before you know it, Donkers was having people offed and driving through the streets of Stormwind with the The Sopranos Theme playing in the background. At least in my mind.

Long story short, this isn't the last we've seen of the Godgnome. Stay tuned, after this week I'm off on winter break so more comics should be flowing soon.

Let's see, I woke up this morning, gotta get myself a gun.

Episode 5: On In Game Protests...

So my guilt finally got the best of me and I finally made a new comic. Oh yeah #5. So the theme is a few weeks too late. Yeah I know. For the WoW layman, a couple members of the Shaman class started protesting the proposed changes to their class, among other things, in the latest patch to hit WoW. I came up with the plot back then, just never made it. Well here it is. I still think it's apt. Sums up my views on in game protests. Not to piss off the shaman community any more than necessary, but come on. There have got to be better things to do with your time. When I read that a group of shamans decided to roll new characters on a server that were anything but shamans, I was just a bit sad(der) for the WoW community. Then I realized they probably saw themselves like hippies in a commune fighting Big Blizz. The whole concept greatly amuses me. Now before I piss someone off, I do realize shamans have some legit issues. But acting immature and yelling as loud as you can is not the way to get what you want. Now sadly, changes were made and I have a bad feeling the WoW community may end up thinking this is the way to go to get what they want. Seriously guys, stop, think, go outside.

Of course we'll see how my tune changes if hunter's ever get a nerf that bad...

Hopefully I'll get you guys another comic by next week. No promises, but I hate letting you guys down. So stay tuned.

Sooo, my apologies for the lack of a new comic over all of last month. Can't say when the next one is coming, but hopefully soon. I am swamped right now with school work for finals, but hopefully that'll ease up soon. I have some ideas floating around, now I just need the time to make the comic. Hopefully I'll have one soon. Episode 4: Shocking Developments

Boy, you people are lucky for my insomnia or you'd have one less comic to read. Once again, I couldn't sleep so I made another comic to pass the time. So the events in today's strip are true to the real life events of my day yesterday. When pulling a plug out of the wall, I felt the wonderful little jolt that let's you know you were a dumbass and just electrocuted yourself. I like to tell people I got electrocuted instead of zapped. Sounds like my life was more in danger than it really was.

Unlike my digital self, I didn't check for superpowers right away. First thing I did involved alot of swearing. Shortly after, the thought occurred to me that I may have new and astounding powers. After all my arm was tingling and my heart felt different. Sadly, no powers. I did all the quick tests I could think of. Saying taglines, flicking my wrist, snapping my fingers, wiggling my nose, even using Norse runes as a medium from which to summon the elemental powers of electricity. But like my digital self, bupkiss/fart noises.

Oh, and this is how Donkers will look the rest of the comic, unless I decide on a costume change. More stuff with him as I come up with plots for him. My work load has freed up a bit, but no guarantees on when you'll get another comic. I can't be tied down baby.

Well, I'm off to see if I'll any better luck with radiation fallout. Later.

Episode 3: Not that there's anything wrong with that

Yay, trilogy status. One more til mini-series!

So I posted this one, mainly cause I wanted to get something up. You'll notice there are a couple issues with its structure. Most notable is that this was done all in game, no photoshopping here folks. Hence why Disgraph's costume is different. Yep, that's me in game. I had a couple screens lying around and while laying in bed at 2 in the morning in a futile effort to sleep, I realized i could put these together into comic form. Structural and continuity problems aside (yes I have a bit of perfectionist in me) it's still a pretty damn hilarious comic imo.

Fyi, I'm swamped with work this week, so if you get another comic, it won't be until the end of the week. Which is a shame though. I have a couple ideas lying around I want to do, but I simply don't have time. Damn.

So this comic also introduces my brother's character, Donkers the Mage. Our collaboration on this was about 50/50. Eventually you'll see how this strip doesn't really fit with his character. But I do like to knock characters down a peg. Donkers will become a full time character down the road, I just have to wait for him to sop crying.

Oh and for people who don't play WoW, the Tiger face over Disgraph is the casting animation for Aspect of the Cheetah, a skill that makes the character run faster, for those quick escapes.

I here there's a devil down in georgia, so I'm off to deal with that. Later.

Epsidoe 2: Talent Idea-Bear Pajamas

Guess I don't really have a whole lot to say here. Really just happy to have an actual series on my hands now. Well, not quite. A little franchise right now. I guess the next comic will make it a trilogy and when I hit four, I'll actually be able to claim it as a full blown series, even if it will be going through the awkward stages of puberty complete with voice crackings and wondering why I like girls suddenly. But I digress. You should probably just start to expect that...

As for the comic itself, this actually was an idea I had for a new hunter talent in Wrath of the Lich King (WotLK). Although I doubt it's worth a whole talent spec to get, I think it would be a neat little spell. Not a game breaker, but just to give hunter's something new to play with. The hat is optional btw. This comic also gave me an opening for an ongoig feature where I come up with other talents and lampoon my own ideas. All in due time. It also gave me two new characters, Comedy Relief Gnome (CRG) and the troll, who I have affectionately named Trollierthanthough.

Episode 1: Firefighting

So here it is, the first episode of The Adventures of Disgraph T. Dwarf. Actually, it's based off what I thought I read last night night playing World of Warcraft (from this point all referred to as WoW). Currently, and for those of you who play WoW please forgive me for the explanation, the Hallow's End event, ie Halloween, is going on and the Headless Horseman is burning down the lowbie towns. One of the quests is to put out the fires. So much like my virtual self, I swore I read that I had to throw orphans on the fires. What a great idea for a comic. Yeah, this is what happens late at night after a day of work for me. At least you get to profit off my madness.

Oh and the line the kid is saying as he's thrown in the flames is an actual quote from the Horseman's attack (sans the throwing). I dunno, but that just struck me as a tad morbid on Blizzard's part...and yet it got a chuckle out of me.

Til I get the motivation for the next comic, Disgraph out! Why does just saying that burn me to the soul...
